Metabolism was high, I own my time before having children, and I did not have the same responsibilities beyond study and what is expected of younger people. Switching to a softer hustle in my forties is a completely alien concept, but one welcomed greatly by my nervous system. I have been frying my nervous system for years in the altar of productivity.
